  • 200g noodles (any variety)
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 cup spring onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp red chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions:

Preparing the Chilli Paneer:

Fry the Paneer:

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Fry the paneer cubes until golden brown.
  • Remove and drain on paper towels.

Prepare the Sauce:

  • In the same pan, add a little more oil if needed.
  • Sauté the ginger-garlic paste until aromatic.
  • Add the diced onions, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and green chilies.
